Default Finnaly mud raced the ram

Well finnaly i got my ram in a mud race, did pretty good i got 5th out of 18 v8 trucks and i was the only dodge. I have the 318 and manual trans. Well in one of my races the 4x4 didnt want to engage i would just hear a kind of clunk and it would jump out of 4wheel drive. So my first run i did without the 4x4 and still made it thru.guess those super swampers are pretty good. well if anyone know what it could be please let me know. Im thinking it could either be the vacum or the shift fork thing on the transfercase. i hadnt used it in about six months. here is a link to a vid i made of the races its in spanish but well you can still watch.the first one is of the dodge. and later in the video it shows it without the 4x4.
specs on ram
1994 5.2 manual trans, 36"superswmapers, 3.92 gears, headers, dual flowmaster, accel ignition cables and coil, K&n filter.

So nobody has a clue of what might be causing my 4wheel drive to disingage on my dodge. Im thinking it might be in my transfercase cuz i think that both tires wont working up front. And i could see it on the video.

nice, sadly there's way too much water in that mudbog.

i've seen some local atv mudbogs, and the mud is thick enough to give great roostertails.

here is a pic of my dodge when its clean. Hey guys, i narrowed it down to the transfercase either the range fork or the chain is bad. Is it a big deal to change or not.

Easy way to check wether it is the transfer case or axle is to raise the front and see if the drive shaft is pushing/turning. Also check the vaccuum actuator.
