Mine is kind of like dhvaughan's only I have the wunder mount and it mounted to the bolts that hold the middle seat in. You undo those and slide this mount inbetween the bracket and seat and reinstall the bolts. This way you don't have to drill any holes in your floor or anywhere else. You do however have to drill holes in the bracket to mount your cb bracket to it. I liked this as I didn't want any holes in my truck incase I ever wanted to take it out. It works great. i mounted mine under the cup holder and put a 2 inch antenna on the driver side of my tool box
