I meant loud and here I am with all kind of college degrees from Div I universities and can't spell loud. Flowmaster Super 40 are about $70 a piece and everyone I've ever owned outlasted the vehicle it was on. www.summitracing.com, www.jegs.com, www.alloutoffroad.com, www.4wheelparts.com.

I have 285/75 on my 98 Ram sport 4x4 and they rub only when I turn hard to the left. But no rubbing turning to the right.

50s are pretty quiet ... 40s are louder ... I understand that 10s are loud enough to be illegal except for racing ... not sure about that last one though.

If my truck came with the 265/75R16 tires, is the speedo re-cailbrated?

also what makes the 50 different then the 40?? as you said that the 50 was less noise in the cab.

Not sure you needed a speedo recal from 245 to 265 ... it's only 3 or 4% difference ... not really enough to notice.
