i dont know the difference between them becasue i get the two mixed up. what i was told when i bought mine was that one was louder than the other. that of course is the one i bought when i put duals on my truck. it was blatty at 2grand and 4 grand but that went a way when i put a "x" pip in the exhaust before the mufflers. sounds really toned now. its pretty loud in the cab also.

as for the tires i fit 315/75r16 on my truck with out rubbing. it was a stock 4x4. i bought new rims and they are skinner also so they rubbed the plastic fender more but 2500 springs solved that.

40 series is louder than 50 series and 10 series will wake the dead because its a single chamber muffler and not dual chambered like the 40 series. I personally love magnaflow and will stand by their 14 inch muffler any day. I love the tone.

As far as tires and lift. I'm currently running 285/75/16 bfg all terrains on stock wheels. They didn't rub before or after I installed a zone 2.5" lift kit. When these wear out I'm probably going to go with the 295/75/16 bfg all terrains on new 16x8 inch wheels.
