If it is the solenoid, then why does the engine cut out acting funny when I rev it up past 2000 rpm in park?

to big of a cam will cause the truck to die when put into gear. A tc with more stall will fix that.

What was the degreeing specsfor the cam? size of it?

did you ever change your fuel injectors....you might be running your injectors too hard and that's why it's cutting out in park.....talk to some people to see what size injectors you might need...remember to look at 80% duty cycle for how many pounds they are.....this is a problem that many import kids run into when there engines lean out really badly at high rpms...

I sure did replace the injectors with 24 #s. I have been talking to alot of speedshops and they tell me the same thing. My cam is to big and Im not producing enough vacuum.
