Dakataff has the trans tuning, he just doesnt use the schedule tuning ability. I dont use a custom schedule on my truck either. I just tune the TM since Superchips already has a pretty sweet schedule.

I bought the upgrade, but I only use a small portion of it. I'm just not sure it's worth the $40 if you're not going to utilize it's full abilities.

The Superchips shift schedule is awesome! I just wanted to pass along that you're not missing out on anything great without the upgrade, unless you can put in the time to fully understand it all. I mean, it's only $40, but it's not absolutely necessary to have to enjoy the tuner. I definitely recommend the tuner to those who don't have one, without question!

x1000. Worth every penny just using the stock sc shift schedules. I would like to stiffen up my 1-2 shift some more. Even with the sonnax and wot, it still drags a little. 2-3 shift is awesome. dont know wbout 3-4 cause i'm usually going to fast by the time it goes into 3rd and have to let off...lol

I will be working on a write up this weekend on what I figured out about the TM setting this weekend! It will include a write up and explanation of what each step does. Its a pretty easy process.

Due to freezing butt temps, the writeup will have to wait.

Has your butt thawed yet, cause I just got a SC flashpaq and am still debating about the trans tuning option...

Just buy it and set the TM% to ~10-15% across the board ..... makes the shifting awesome!
