LOL! so wish it would have cam in this weekend. Since I have nothing to do.

After I fix my exhaust next major mod will be cams.. Superchips is my X-mas gift to myself.. Cams will have to be my Birthday gift just gonna have to wait till July.

 

My christmas present to my truck was going to be a radar detector since I could get a Escort Passport 8500 for $230 brand new on black friday. I was afraid it wouldnt compare to my Valentine One that I used to have though because it doesnt have the arrows.

 

i dont speed so i dont need one of those.

 

Its that whole "young and dumb" thing, Kent. I like to go fast! Good thing my truck is kinda slow so it takes me a while to get there, otherwise I probably wouldnt have a license.

Oh ok! I speed more than I should. I actually speed more now than I did with a radar detector.

I sold my Valentine One shortly after I bought this truck for $300. I wanted an exhaust really bad at that time. They have awesome resale value. I will probably get another one down the road, but not for a while. IMO, its the best radar detector you can buy. I did hours of reading on the subject, and on the detection aspect, V1 beats everything else out there and it has the arrows. In comparison tests, it was the only top radar detector (comparting to the Bel Sti Driver, Escort, ect) to pick up laser all the time. It will give you the best defense in being hit with laser short of getting a laser jammer.
