I took my rear mud flaps off (OEM ones)...If anyone wants them, I'll let them go for cheap. PM if interested.

I know I'm reviving an old thread. But, I have a set of splash guards that I'd like to paint. Actually, I already tried it, but the primer didn't stick. So, the paint bubbled and peeled off like a sunburn. Lost several cans of Mopar touch-up paint as a result.

Question: what primer did you use and how much did you have to sand the plastic before you primed it?
