A 2" leveling kit will be enough, you may have to trim the front splash guard a bit though. 265/70/17 is the size of my winter wheels, and they fit better than my 20's, which are wider.

I had to trim this small amount (green line) from my front splash guards to fit the 20's on, and that's with a 1.5" leveling kit. The yellow line is where I had to trim the front wheel well liners, which you will not have to do, at least not as much.

And of course, Welcome to DF.

I have the same size wheels and tires and a 2.5" leveling kit. I have very minor rub at full lock.

I would stick with 2" on a 4x4. I have a 2.5" but that is frowned upon because of the angles it puts the cv joints/tie rods and ball joints at (I have not had any issues) and could cause premature failure of those parts. You should get the kind that goes over the strut as that is easier to install because you dont have to take the strut apart. Rough country makes them, or get a set off ebay. Don't really matter, all they are is machined pieces of aluminum or rubber.

Rough country's kit is 2.5" because they technically only make one for 4x2 Dakotas I wish it was only 2" because they make good products and you can get the rear blocks and u-bolts with their kit as well
