Plastic piece epoxied behind opening. Use a dremel slow speed to begin then use a file to smooth all edges.

Default Sanded entire bezel 80 grit sandpaper

After filing edges used bondo to fill any edge chips. You should file at an angle not straight to end up with perfectly smooth sides.

Do you know if the Dodge Forum received my message re Weedahoe fraud,

Have you heard from Weedahoe after you tried to contact him?

One Question on the Bezel:
What would you recommend?
1. Painting the bezel or
2. Using the 3M Vinyl Wrap 1080

Thank you
Ralph

i'm just a member here. i have no idea what the forum receives. i never even tried to contact weedahoe, so never had that problem.

as far as the painting. i would say it is personal choice. i've read one of the threads were someone used plastidip and it match the climent control. bumps and color.. that is what i'm going to try when i can get some time off.

Anyone know where the VSS Control wire is on 2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7 V-8. Need it for Pioneer 8200 NEX Nav.
