Electric vehicles are generally a parts problem. Try to get replacement battery cells for a Toyota, Ford, or GM electric car that is 5 years old. You can't find them. They've moved on to newer battery technologies and don't make the older stuff. For the lack of a single part - a battery cell, your car is dead and you have to buy a new car, even if everything else works. How many ICE vehicles are obsolete and unrepairable within 10 years?

Nice idea, but thus far a poor implementation.

Oh, but, Global Warming!......

Yeah, we do need to take care of our environment, but, the 'quick and easy' solutions rarely are..... This is a shining example of that.

Well, the folks at Slate irritated me with their ****-poor marketing. How many videos are needed to show the truck can be wrapped? Why are there videos with the frunk being filled with ice, whipped cream, and other stupid crap? Why are there no videos detailing the truck's current capabilities during development and the production goals? I canceled my order.

Meanwhile, I found a 2007 Club Cab 4x4 one owner in New Mexico that I'm closing the deal on. More to come.

And now it's time for the standard response:

Pics, or it didn't happen.
