We cary the Slim pioneers at work... the only way we could make it sound good was a 1 cubic foot slot ported box... It has a very low output for a 10...
What size box are they talking about? and how much? I might be able to get you a better deal on the sub...

trucky... Let me know what you want... if you just want the box, I am sure it will be in the 125 range... thats carpeted... I can get a pretty good deal on subs too, but it depends on what you want. PM me...

I'm sure the components you have sound great (clarity), but they will not put out more bass than the pioneer 10's (in properenclosure), especially if they are mounted in your door panels...I don't care how much power you're throwing at them.
