Default Subwoofers in a QC

Anyone try to put subs in a quad cab? I was thinking that if I remove the center console cut a hole in the sideof itand install a 8 inch sub or even a 10 it would have enough air space to perform correct. I really dont want to loose any space in the back and I dont think they will fit under the back seats any Ideas? I have upgraded all factory speakers and just need some more kick.

Blaupunkt I can remember made some THIN subwoofers that would fit underneath the back seats. Like a 10" that was only 1.5" thick. I mean it can't be the most amazing subwoofer ever but if you're looking for versatility that would add enough boom to make it worth while.

Lol, yes a few people have em for Gen3... and they DO work.

But you are limited for choices with subs for it.

went to the stereo shop today and checked out a pioneer slim ten inch sub. They didnt have one in stock but they ordered one and it seems like it is going to fit behind the seat. the seat will have to be removed to install and will not move up. oh well it never goes up anyway. Has anyone ever seen one these subs? How good could it be being so slim? I just keep thinking bose can do it so why can' pioneer.
