Cuz I can. I've read a lot of owners say that they can handle 200 forever.

I'll raise my crossover when I get the 13w7 put in. They'll be seeing 160Hz and higher, and the sub will be seeing 160Hz and less... at 1200RMS.

Hey everyone... I am looking to sell a loaded MTX Thunderform subwoofer enclosure (Model # DDQC10). It has been used, and was in my Dakota before I traded it in (I'm not one to give the dealer anything, theyare notgoing to give you any extra money on the trade in for it). There is nothing wrong with it (actually, there is a black magic marker streak accross a small section of the subwoofer face and was there when I bought it). It will fit a 2000- 2004 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab, it installs behind the rear driver side seat. If it matters to you, this will inhibit the use of lifting the seat up (as described on their web site). Some specs: 225 Watts RMS, 4 om, .7cubic feet of airspace, weighs 19 lbs, measures 16" H, 20 3/8" W, 8" D. I tried to find a fair price... on Performance Product's website(http://www.performanceproducts4trucks.com/productpage.aspx?pid=111072&name=MTX+ThunderFo rm+Speaker+Enclosures)it sells for $349.00 and on EBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MTX-THUNDERFORM-DODGE-DAKOTA-QUAD-CAB-SUB-BOX-W-10-NEW_W0QQitemZ140096457226QQcategoryZ38647QQssPageN ameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) found it for $204.50 (+ $30 shipping). I would like to sell it for $150 plus $30 for the shipping. I will check back on this thread, or send me an email if you are interested.

You could... although if you are not a massive bass nut, it adds a balance to music quite nicely. However, I have had it thumping too

No dice on the pioneer slim box with speaker its about three inches too long and the jack mount needs to be hacked along with relocating the seatbelt for the sucker in the middle seat. Oh well looks like its a custom box between the seats in the back. Off to the woodshop for somebox buildin. Any tips on what material touse fiberglass or wood, both?I was looking at the JLW6 10 inch, any input would be nice. thanks

For the wood I would use either MDF or marine grade plywood.

No takers... what would be a good, reasonable price?
