Blasted touchless car washes!

I was working saturday, so I left the Dak home and to the durango to work... (My fiance said she wasnt going anywhere and I love the HEMI... soo........) So I work all day, get home to find my rear decals lifting up in some places, and a huge chunk missing from the passenger side... I walked in the house like, what happened to my truck? se says I took it to Jan's. (the lady owns a high pressure touchless car wash.) and got an oil change! I just about passed out. I said did they Use mobile 1 synthetic? she goes yeah, they took the sticker and replaced the filter. cost 68 bucks. (sounds right for synthetic, so i think I am safe there...)
So now I have an oil change, after 2600 miles... (a 70 dollar oil change!) and messed up decals... I will get some pics up. My camera is working again. (sony replaced my battery... only took them 5 weeks...[&:])

I half way tried to fix this one, but I dont know if I want to or not. I cut it straight off, and have a little left over from the install...

and a couple more...

that should give you some kind of idea...

I am not sure yet... I might just do a solid black line... I am still tossing around some ideas. I might do some graphic work down the side... I dont really know yet. I might even go with the R/T style hockey stick style stripe... Any idea would be appreciated...
how much would it cost to have someone paint them on?
edit
also, what about just getting new decals, then putting a coat of clear over them, then they wont peel.
