Default New appearance mod!

The apperance mod is my new bike in the bed of my Dak! Just picked up an 07 Kawasaki KLX250S dual-sport bike yesterday. My first bike. Finally got one! I am lovin it! btw, 1st tank of gas was almost 80mpg! My truck is hatin that! I'll never use it in the "summer" now!!!! lol First pic is at the dealer ready to bring her home, and the 2nd is during the first ride. The grin in a mile long, baby!--The "worst" part is that there is a KLX250S forum and now I have other mods to do (not just the truck anymore):-)

It's my daily commuter on the roads for the most part (a real on-off bike--dual purpose-, it's registered, etc.) but with the ease of taking a turn off the road at any time. It's awesome. And, the mileage of a lame moped to boot! Every Dak owner should get one so that we can pay for the gas when we drive our trucks! It is my first bike, so I have to learn wheelies--haven't done that since I was a kid on my bicycle!

A couple of buddies and I went ridin today-down power lines, etc. Dumped it a few times--once while attempting to cross a muddy bog--Needless to say, the motto is "just don't stop" or you'll fall....Oh well...All a learning curve....And I have to replace a broken handle guard that snapped. I'll say it's easier to drive the Dak than ride a bike offroad and on woodsy paths. It is fun though.
