ORIGINAL: texasbluedak

I had my entire grill Line-X instead of painting (except ram head).
Any pics of this? I'd really like to see it.

mine was glossy actually. and i looked great. i havnt told this story yet...but some paint ran and my friend tried to dab it with a paper towel, then paper towel fibers were everywhere so we tried painting over it. then it looked like crap so we let it sit and the next day primed and sanded it and started over. long story short its kinda uneven and the gloss went away. but originally if u use krylon and let it sit the right amount of time (read directions people) then clearcoat it u will have more shine than my pics.

Oh I know its shiney...but I just don't think it'll match the Brilliant Black Dodge Paint on the rest of the truck...IDK though... maybe I will use the Krylon... I'm kinda chicken to paint mine... IDK what I'm doin when it comes to takin things off... Thank god that K&N CAI came with instructions lol!
