when I drove down to see Eric, I went 458.6 miles on 23.02 gallons.... or roughly 19.92 miles per gallon... This was mostly highway, about 150 miles through towns, about 230 on highway, and about 80 on freeway...

I average about 17.5mpg in town and about 21.7 on the highway...

16.5 in the winter, 18 in the summer (70% highway driving), mine's an auto 4x2 non HO.

I think the best I have gotten is 19 on the highway at ~73mph.

 

Yep an HO but I'm not complaining (go figure) because my 95 Dak 318/5.2 I was lucky to get 13. This Dak is heaver than the 95 and is 4WD so its an improvement. It will be interesting to see what people report on the 08s 4.7 mpg. I also wonder if they will be building a SRT Dak as once said before but never happened.

 

I get about 15-16 with a mix of highway and city driving. If it's almost purely highway, I can get a little over 19. I don't even want to talk about what it is in the winter.

 

If I drive sweetly, and the tires are at the correct psi, I should get between 15-16 in town and about 18-20 on the highway. When I first put in my mods, I saw 21.3 on the highway, then I hit a bighill and I stuck at 19+.

 

13-15 around town ....but then that's all I do...I am not on the highway more then once a month.
I also am pretty lead footed.

 

I get 16 MPG in mixed driving, but I drive it easy during the week and hard on the week ends. My last long trip I got 18 MPG.

 

Im kinda lead footed. My truck also has only 3000 miles on it so it should get better. I do have the FIPK and the removal of muffler mod

 

my moms durango gets 16-17 city(depends on whos driving, her or me[no i cannot keep my foot out of it]) and 18-20 on the highway 65-80

 

Boy I would sure like to know how some of you people get 16 mpg in town. I do all in town driving. I try to drive easy and I average anywhere from 12.6 to 13.8 mpg. My best was back in april at 15.4mpg. I have gibson cat back, airaid intake and electric fan. I have 21,100 miles on my 05 4x4. I use quaker state synthetic oil and I put royal purple gear oil in the rear. I have 3.55 limited slip rear.
