idk y the 4x4 trucks seem to sag alot more than the 4x2 trucks, my truck sags a little when loaded, but not nearly as much as my dads 4x4 version of the same truck i dont get it, but id definetly do something about it if you plan on using it much

 

I have a Gen III 4x2 and I get a lot of sag. I mostly pull trailer with mine. I think some of it has to do with how I load the trailer--there've been times where either I've just been really tongue heavy, or just heavy overall, and those where the times where I got most of my sag. The hitch with the equalizer bars helps to some degree, especially when I'm loaded properly.

Some body asked (not in this post) how the hitch with the equalizer bars works. Below are two pictures of my truck hitched up with the bars.

I may look into helper springs if I continue to tow so frequently.
