Just to advise everyone that doesn't know yet! Daimler Chrysler had issued a bulletin back in may 2006 for rear brake issue and rear axle...

Problem with the brake is coming from hwy braking at high/medium speed, the truck was making a rattle on the brake pedal... if your problem please have it changed. Will become very costly after warranty. The need to change the entire rear brake assembly and cost over $1000 so...
Just got back from dealership which checked out my brake vibration problem and confirmed it was the issue indicated by the TSB. Parts have been ordered and hopefully it will be fixed once and for all.

Have the problem with the rear brakes on my 2005 Dakota Q Cab, have talked to two Dealers and was told that Chrysler only Cover brake problems for 12000 miles, my vibration is very bad and Ido not deem it safe to make a hard stop fromabove 60 mph, have 18750 miles on Truck.

Check your State's Lemon Law. If it is a safety related defect that occurs on a vehicle that you purchased new that has less than 18,000 miles, you may also have some recourse under your state's consumer warranty laws, but these vary widely from state to state.
