ah ha, your engine coolant top reminded me i need to pick up some washer fluid since i am about to get the light. if there are any shops in your area that install turbos, go to them and have a hard thick rubber pipe made for that rather than using the plumbing pipe

McGyver, what the hell is that. the drain from the port-a-potty. you dont need to cover the top of the filter. the hood is what seals the deal. but if you are interested in some type of cover go with plexiglass. cant beat the price and it looks nice with the hood open. i saw this one at cruise night

alum will get hot, leaving your air warmer...it should be thick plastic or thick rubber...it wasnt hahaha, it was ah ha, like when you figure something out

Eric can you post more information on how you made that intake? What kind of gains did you get from it? I remember you saying somewhere you got like 20-22 mpg with your dak, if that's what did it I'd love to give it a shot.

Well... I found some 20Ga sheet metal at home depot for like 14 bucks... so I played in the garage. :-D


I know its ugly... I am going to make a fiberglass top I think... that or try to use a different chunk of sheet metal and actually cut with something other than tin-snips...
