I think they make an AAR stylehood for these new ones, I couldn't tell you how much it runs. Or possibly the old school T/A. Both functional.

i personally would get the rumble bee hood scoop, and then also I would spend some time designing and modifying the scoop so that i could actually utilize it...i like the way some things look, but i like them to be functional too

I look for one of these to appear on a UPS truck at my house in the near future.

I agree if its not functional whats the point. Some of those stick on or bolt on scoops don't really look that good to me.

That's the one I want.
the description also says Looking to take it a step furthur? Then add a complete replacement sheet metal Hood with Integrated Functional Scoop to your Dodge Ram. This is the same hood and scoop offered on the SRT-10 truck and is ready-to-paint. Functional scoop allows more air flow into the engine compartment.

Anybody seen this "functional" hood? or are they referring to a RAM hood in a DAK add?

The scoop is for Rams and Dakotas but the hood is only for Rams. That's what I gathered from that.

I'm with you Eric on the HO scoop. I couldn't believe how much they wanted to charge me for one of those. Too damn much for something that isn't even functional.

Where are you looking for the scoops or are you planning on making one?
