If it's between those two I agree with Drew, get the rumble bee and mold it into the hood (molding in is a must IMO, I think it looks a little cheesy otherwise)

Personally I like the Dakota RT scoop. Yah it's expensive, but it is factory painted, so you don't have paint costs or color match issues, especially with a metallic.
The rumble bee scoop is nice too though.

Have you cut out a mock up with the dimensions you have?
I like the curves on the Ram scoop better, but it is 4-5" wider and 10" longer than the other scoop. Being that large it may look kinda funny on the Dak...
