RE: Ordered my shocks
You can still order the rear shocks (58627). I also ordered the 71100in a separate order and just canceled it. I have the 58627 and the shipping was fast from shockwarehouse.com. I am just trying to find front shocks of any kind before I install the rear and my new tires. Even the OE shocks are on backorder.

RE: Ordered my shocks
Getting the heads up on the Monroe 71100 fronts was a blessing in disguise. I've heard, I don't know if true or not that the 58627 rears might not fit our gen.3 trucks. And forget oem shocks, you don't want to replace garbage with garbage. Let us know how it goes with the 58627. Let's hope Bilstein gets theirs out soon, real soon.

RE: Ordered my shocks
As a note about the Bilsteins, I emailed shock warehouse and asked what they expected the cost to be when released, here's their response:
Considering how much the factory ones suck I wouldn't hesitate to pay that at all.
Richard -
If it's a shock, those generally run around $ 65.00 each.
If it is a strut, they are gernerally around $ 90.00 each.
For instance, here's a strut for a Toyota Tacoma - http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm?id=14679

RE: Ordered my shocks
I heard the same about the 58627 but contacted Monroe and Shockwarehouse about it and both confirmed andassured me that they would fit. I will let everyone know once I install them.I am waiting on the front shocks so I caninstall everything at once including new tires. I found a dealer near NYC that had only 3 of the OE in stock so I am having them shipped to me (they are over100 miles away from me). Every other dealersays the OE shocks areon backorderand one said they have 28 on backorderso that goes to show how ****ty they are, everyone is trying to get replacements. Once the Bilsteins comes out Ill replace the front again. I need something till then because I have 65K on my truck and cant stand driving it anymore.
The Monroe71100 are listed at $86 each on shockwarehouse.comso I expect theBilsteins to be around the same. At this point I don't care if I have to pay $150 eachfor them, I just want good shocks.
You also have Monroe 911277 as an option for the rear

RE: Ordered my shocks
What are the PN's on the struts you have ordered? I put on 05161274AC which is what my vin referenced too, and also an 06 TRX4 referenced too. They were about $60 each.
I have since found there is an 07 PN5174564AE which is about $105 each. Don't know what the difference is though.
