Well you only need the connectors so you can take ur tailgate off right? I mean how often are you really taking your tailgate off?

 

i know, and i dont plan on taking it off...but you never know...and this isnt something im going to rush into...as its not a big deal, but it would be nice...you know?

well, i got it from a place that had the same price as stylinconcepts.com....but right after i got it stylinconcepts put it on sale....for our truck we need the 48" one....stylinconcepts has it on sale for 50something....to get free shipping, put the code STYLIN20 at checkout....

if i were you guys and even slightly interested, i would go get it right now, it wont get any cheaper....there are 2 main brands for this, recon and plasmaglow....there have been some issues with some of the recon units...mine as well as stylinconcepts is the plasmaglow unit.

 

i have the recon one. but just the led in red. no back up lights

 

have you had any problems with it, as i have heard of some of the lights not working/burning out fast
