I wouldn't do three colors. You could do the black with a black pinstripe a quarter inch offset so you would actually have blue, black stripe with a blue stripe and the top black. I may mess with your idea a lil and throw somethin up here for you..

Yeah I kinda like chopperzen's idear... though as to what NR said IDK about a White pinstripe... I'd definitely have to see that one....
