yeah 4.7L 05-07 are all the same...i mean yeah the R/T is the HO but i mean really all that is different is the cam and the computer set up I believe! yeah i agree with everyone else...the Intake I went with AEM its what I've stuck with for years on my other Dakotas and its done better than the K&N and Air Raid...plus it gives you more power...only down side would be it heats the air more because its metal and not plastic!! For the Exhaust I would go with a Flowmaster 40 Serious muffler and go to a shop and have it custom done...since flowmaster does not yet make a complete kit for our trucks with the 40 Series! but its not that expensive to have done...maybe 200 bucks for them to completely do the exhaust when you bring them the muffler...but yeah ....Intake, Exhaust, Thermostat, will not void the warranty! but really if you get into the Throttle body and something does happen to your motor and it becomes a Warranty Issue then it could create a problem...but from what i have heard the Fast Man TB have done nothing but perform strong and cause no problems. But if you just bought the truck I would wait till you hit 10,000 miles before switching to Synthetic Fluids...It gives your motor time to get broken in and wat not...then as soon as you hit 10,000 miles then go for the synthetic..Mobile 1 i would recommend...I'm a service manager at Manassas Dodge...so yeah anything happens to my truck really its gonna be warranteed but i thought i would let you know about all of that!

So if our trucks get F***ed and other Dodge dealers say that one of our performance parts caused the prob and they won't fix it under warentee... can we take our trucks to you and have em fixed under warentee... LOL???

Unfortunately not! once your warrantee is Voided it gets put into a database and is canceled...say you put a Jet Stage 1 or 2 w/e caused your #1 piston to crash and burn and get stuck in the block and they see you have your Jet Chip on there...1) you will be paying for your truck to get fixed then...2) your warrantee is complete voided and exterminated! that means across the nation its put into the Dodge Database so no matter where you go they will see that your warrantee is voided! so yeah but basically if you read the WARRANTEE bulletin you will know basically this (a dealership can not void your warrantee for aftermarket items! only can they do such if the aftermarket part is identified as the source of the malfunction of your vehicle)...so yeah!

well, I changed all my fluids to synthetic at 1300 miles...

Absolutely no problems... and ya, they can' void your ENTIRE warranty... they can't void the warranty that covers, say, broken A/C if you have a voided powertrain warranty...

naw just saying if you put anything on it thats causes your engine to malfunction that it would void your powertrain warrantee! but it depends on what caused what to malfunction would determine what warantee would be voided...it gets complicated..

To void a warranty they would have to show that the aftermarket product intalled/used cause the failure.
