i dont see why not. the way the fuel system works with the return line, there is way more then enough pressure to handle the bigger injectors.also you may want to put a fuel pressure guage on, just incase you need to adjust the pressure

 

I'm guessing that is the V8? What does the V6 look like?

 

I don't think anyone's posted dyno runs with the 6 yet, I haven't seen them if they did.

 

I guess I'll have to get mine done someday then.
