Does anyone know what size speakers are in our front and rears? I have the ClubCab... I know someone knows and i would be thankful for the info....
Are they 6.5 or 6 3/4 or 6....

I think ourdoors and rear doors are and odd size of 6.75. But 6.5s will fit without any touble. My advice would be to look up the truck on a site like
www.crutchfield.com
That site will tell you the size and if there are any things that need to be considered in your decision.

Just saw your last post. They are 6 3/4 but, 6 1/2 will work. I just chaged mine last week.
You can also mount 6 1/2s in the rear doors of a club cab. If you take off the plastic you will see that there is a speaker hole stamped in the metal in the upper rear part of the door. I used this location for my rears and unhooked the facory rears since they were being muffled by the sub enclosure anyway.

I know what stamp you are talking about.... but.... problem is.... I already used that space on my rear swinging doors.....

And i like this stuff there better then a speaker
I'd go with 6.5", this is how I installed mine: https://dodgeforum.com/m_825033/tm.htm
I really need to add the rears to that and ask a mod to put it in the DIY section, almost forgot about it...

most 6 1/2 and 6 3/4 speakers will work with the factory mounts (Altair's DIY write up looks great) but keep in mind that some component speakers have a tweeter that sticks out a little far from the speaker face and will cause problems with the embedded grill on the door.....I've seen one mod to get around that by using a dremel tool to cut out the door grill and using whats provided by speaker mfg, thats what I'm thinking about doing with a couple pair of infinity kappas I have kicking around
i dont use my cc back seats so i went with the boxed 6 x 9 , much better sound then the ones in the rear compartment.
