Okay guys its been a while since I've been a regular on the forum... sorry about that... new job, new school, new classes... suffice to say I got WAYYY to busy.... anyway alot has happened since last I posted... one issue is that my drivers site rear door, is making a horrid, grinding noise when I open it... sounds like something needs to be lubed up... just wondering if any of you other club cab guys out there have had any issues like this...

Mine sometimes wont open, you have top pull on the handle real hard like its gonna break. I tried greasing it and using WD40 but nothing seems to work.

My 05 does it too. I tried grease and that worked for a little while but since the cold rainy weather is here it is doing it again.

No probs here at all, but I spray my hinges with white grease every 15k mile oil change.
