this is starting to make me mad....
it sounds to me like you have a bunch of bad dealerships in your area, our local dealership happens to be great but were just very lucky we havnt needed any real major work done even the balljoints they took care of quickly(might have been bc we had 2 trucks to do but still)

Just go to a chrisyler dealer. Thats what i do. Its chrysler/Jeep, but theys till work on my truck and are much nicer than the dodge dealer in town. Without me having to beg, they got me a rental and never once gave me a line of BS about my truck.
So try another chrysler-type dealer, the dodge places seem to be ****ty from what i've noticed.

all the dodge/ chrysler/ jeep dealers around here are together. there are a bunch of dealers around here but none of them are great. My grandpa just told me today that the customer service at dodge is why the last time we had a dodge in the company fleet was in the 80's and our business has been going since 1956. Im borrowing a company suburban now, its a 2500 with the 7.4l 454 and 249k miles on it. my old company truck was an 89 sierra 1500 with the 350 and 377k miles on it.
im going to send a certified letter to dodge about everything.my grandpa thinks that if it gets just out side warrenty and something goes I will have something to fall back on saying Ive been warning them about it
