Default Couple of questions....

Ok guys, I know you have answered lots of questions about the TM leveling kit, and the wheels and tires that you are all running, but I have a variation on those questions.
1. How WIDE of a tire can you run with the TM 2" kit? Height doesn't matter to me that much, I know I could probably go one size higher, but how much wider can I go?
2. New wheels probably won't be in the budget this year, so how big a tire can I put on my factory wheels?
3. Are the instructions posted on the website the newest/correct ones? I know that there are two ways to do it, not sure if those are the right ones or not...

Any help is much appreciated thanks guys...

For #3: yes, use the instructions on TM's website. Not sure about the other two as I'm still running stock rims and tires. Hopefully getting 20's this summer if I can make enough.

The TM kit is a suspension lift. Body lifts go between the frame and the body. The TM kit goes on the suspension.

Thats too, sorry to hear about the looming split night, but I agree with white26, I thought that the leveling kit would be a supsension lift since you are not lifting the body and extending a bunch of hoses and stuff. But in either case I think I could fit a little bit wider tire on the truck...I know spacers are an option, but don't know enough about them. Tried to do it myself once on an old truck and that didn't turn out to well, I had them machined at a shop, but they weren't balanced I guess and the wheels kept fallin off lol. White26, what size are ur tires? They look wider to me...and I've decided that I"ll definatly do the leveling kit, definatly not this month but probably when I get back from Mexico...

I am running both the TM and RC leveling kit with 265/70 17 Nitto Terra Grappler's. The backspacing of the wheel is what makes it stick out farther.
