She called today to make sure we are still on for Wed., said she really values my opinion and will get whatever I think is best for her that she can afford. Wants me to do everything regarding the purchase except sign on the dotted lines. But I got the "your the only guy I've dated that I've actually gotten closer to after we broke up and your like a big brother to me now" speech. Something tells me I've won the truck battle but lost the chick here. Oh well, win some, lose some. But the important thing is she'll be driving a Dodge, right?
Oh by the way, for the guy who wanted pics, she's pretty hot, I've got some pretty revealing pics of her. If I find out for sure she's doing this a$$hole, they go online (too revealing for here), but I'll post the link!!!

 

I guess if driving a Dak makes you feel better...then you're absolutely right. I however would rather continue to play "hide the salami" with the hot 24 year old. I would explain to her how it's great that she feels so close to you in a brotherly way...AND you get the added benefits of doin-it it her new Dodge. A blanket in the bed under the stars sounds like a great night. Because really, if you wanted a close relationship with no sex...you might as well just get married. OK guys, your not going to f*cking believe how this one ends. Didn't go truck shopping yesterday, she has an infected tooth and went to the dentist (tooth will have to go after she gets rid of the infection, a whisdom tooth, if anyone cares). So we go 1st thing this morning, start right out at one of three local dealers, the one where the GM is a guy I play golf with. Looks at a Dak, looks at a GC Leredo. I had run some numbers on my PC on loan ammortizations before we went. Turns out that she can't get into a new either for what she figures she can spend. Anyway they had some one year old program PT Cruisers, all with 8k-12k miles on them, lifetime warranty still, and can get into one for about $11k less about $2k for her trade. I would never get one, but she really liked it, so, what the hell.
Well she fills out the paperwork, has nothing but the trade to put down, and the GM takes me aside privately and asks if I was intending to co-sign. I said "no, why?"
Seems her credit score is in the mid 400's, and NOBODY will touch her and he didn't want to put me on the spot by asking me if I was gonna co-sign right in front of her.
He goes back and informs her. Seems the father of her 2nd child bought a motorcycle and made her get the loan in her name because at the time his credit was shot and she had barely any, but none bad. So she's got a motorcycle loan, at 18% no less, on a bike her ex boyfriend, who she has no clue where he is because he's never given her a penny in child support, AND he has never made loan payment #1 on the bike, on her credit.
I asked in front of her if I gave her $1000 down if it would make a difference, he said he could get the credit guy to try it again with that, but highly doubted it.

So now, lets see if "Mr. Wonderful" will co-sign for her to get a Colorado...

Heres my take??? Is giving that piece of a** $1000 dollars of your hard earned money to get a car worth it? I mean 2 kids to different dads and shes how old?? 24.. I sure as hell wouldnt since there is another swinging salomi involved too wanting her to get a GM.
With her telling you that you are like a brother to her tells me there is nothing there for you but a friend with privlages. throw the meat to her and send her on her way. no Future in it for the long haul and $1000 from your accountgone. Might as well throw that $1000 out the window.
