stuck in park
Welcome to dodgeforum.com!
We should probably start with a little more information. This will aid in our diagnosis of your problem.
Sounds to me like you are trying to shift the lever from park and it will not move. If that is the case, try replacing your neutral saftey switch. If the computer does not register that your brake pedal is depressed when trying to shift from park to gear, it will not let you shift from park.

A neutral saftey switch is located on the brake pedal assembly. It is a push button switch for the return stop on the assembly. The switch has to see that the brake pedal is depressed to unlock the shifter. It only keeps the shifter and transmission in "park". If the switch never see's the 6 or 12 volts, then your shifter will not shift from park.
You could just connect the two wires from the switch together. However, you will be able to shift the transmission from park with out depressing the brake. So, if you bumped the shifter in the parking lot by accident, it will lurch into reverse, and so on, and so on.

Haha, I was being a little sarcastic myself.

Now don't take this the wrong way but for the sake of being thorough did you have the engine running and the brake depressed when you tried to shift it out of park? Any trouble with the shifter or truck in general previously?
Checking the safety switch as donkeypunch mentioned is a good place to start.
