air ram only works on the 4.7 and ive talked to him about it... not sure how far along he is and how long its going to take to complete but im sure if he sees this post he will chime in.. a whipple charger OMG what a beast that would be.. only downfall is you have to rebuild ur engine just so it can withstand the power from it.........

We have adapters available that would allow you to mount ANY intake that was designed to fit the 4v DOHC 4.6L ford to your 4.7L engine... This includes the 2003-2004 COBRA lower intake manifolds which opens the doors for the EATON M112/WHIPPLE CHARGER & KENNEY BELL superchargers designed to mount to that lower intake manifold.

With these adapters we can also mount several METAL/ALUMINUM intake manifolds which only add options to the 4.7L... With these spacers, the sky is the limit on a 4.7L.

We also offer complete FORGED ROTATING ASSEMBLY'S... From Forged 4.7L Cranks to SCAT H-BEAM 4.7L RODS & ROSS PISTONS from .010 to .040 overbore.

15lbs of boost will net you over 500+HP with a 9:1cr.

Now before you run off to buy a 4.6L intake manifold keep in mind our dimensions where taken off of a 2003-2004 4.6L 4V intake... We are not 100% sure on the variations of intakes throughout the years... but we do know the 4V head was introduced in 1999. ANY factory 4.6L intake will out flow our 4.7L intakes... Not to mention the AFTERMARKET single plane intake manifold from Sullivan.

and what type of fuel management is there for us?
The 2003-2004 4.6L COBRA lower intake manifold holds the fuel injectors for the 4.6L engine... So this means you can run ANY fuel system that the COBRA can run... even aftermarket rails made for the 4.6L engine, trust me the COBRA has tons of fuel management options... fuel rails/regulators/Pumps .

the 2003-2004 supercharger will in fact be a BOLT on... the ONLY bridge we have not crossed yet is pulley alignment... we do know we will need to extend the snout about 1" to line up with the 4.7L factory belt... Once we get the supercharger mounted we will be working on that area. But thats the easy part, the hard part was getting these spacers... they ended up costing us twice as much as planned... but if you want to run HIGH BOOST the superchargers of choice have already been proven on the 4.6L!

If you look at the intake manifold in the picture... you can see the bosses left for 4.6L fuel injectors... I plan to run the 4.7L injectors so ordered the intake without the holes drilled for the 4.6L fuel rails. But I could easily run a 4.6L fuel system should I chose to. You would just run the rails made for that 4.6L intake... leave your stock injectors in the head as plugs.

As far as the blower is concerned... You can run the injectors off either the 4.6L lower intake manifold OR the 4.7L fuel injectors in the head... Your choice. Or you could run both... one for Race fuel and the other for pump gas... Who knows... but you could effectively run 2 fuel systems should your application need it.

Ohh yeah the great thing is... the 4.6L uses the SAME injectors as our 4.7L... so the plugs will just plug right in.

It is safe to say, AIR RAM PERFORMANCE offers more 4.7L performance parts then ANY other place... ON EARTH! We offer what all the rest offer + our own line of products specific to the 4.7L!!

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
