Default 2005 DAK tire size possibility

I have a 2" front end lift on my '05 4x4 Dak. with P265 65R 17 tires. Can I have P265 70R 17 tires mounted without any rubbing on hard turns? Tires shops are telling me yes and no. I do quite a bit of off road stuff, hunting and metal detecting. It seems all the tires patterns I like come only in the 70's size. I'm looking for something similiar to the BFG M/T's . I don't worry about wear because I don't drive my truck that much, other than in the dirt. Thanks

With the 2" leveling kit and stock rims you should be OK, worse comes to worst you trim a mudguard. I have 265/70 16's and I could easily spare another half inch of radius (i.e. 17" rims).

I lowered the rear end on my truck and im running 267 70 16s on my truck, and no rub... you're looking at an inch taller total, so you may rub...

He's got his front raised, not the rear lowered. I think he'll be fine.
