I have had a similar problem in the past. What I did was remove the seat and dump plain water thru it, squeezed as much as I could get out, shop vac for awhile, then sun dry.It was a long process but it worked. I would not remove the seat cover as it may shrink while removed.

they definitely arnt cotton but I guess some feel better safe than sorry.
I have never had an issue with the covers of any of my vehicles seats covers shrinking. (havent had to pull the daks off yet thank god)
My liberty had similar seats, and they didnt shrink. (Stupid "Stain resistant" fabric)

Got the seats bolted back in and are finally getting almost dry, its in the mid 30's tonight so idk how much they are going to dry overnight.
