bring it to the local carwash and powerwash it. if they are electric seats becareful and cover the stuff with plastic bags. the seats are two parts. the backrest comes apart from the seat. all the bolts are underneath. you need to pull the plastic tabs from the seat bottom to get at the hardware. but putting the tabs back together takes some time and patients. you may verywell have to purchase a new bottom portion, or knowing the dealer they only sell complete seats. try going to lmctruck.com and look at the dak section. they very well might have what you need

yeah, you are going to have to pull them bitches out...
pull the fabric off and machine wash it...
the foam is going to be tricky...
blue coral carpet cleaner and water... soak them in that then put them in a heavy duty garbage bag... get out a shop vac and suck out all the water that you can.
Then its going to be a pain in the *** to get the rest of the water out and get them back on the frame... you might not be able to get the foam off the frame... so it might take a more ingenious way to get the foam clean.
either way, it aint gona be fun...
punch him in the back of the head...
