had to go and do it, i returned my pcm and tuner 12-13-08, called sc today to find out what the progress was. they told me it has not shown up yet. sent it nexted day overnight. what gives. they wont release my rental until they receive my products. got intouch with the bbb, they report sc credentials as being unsatifactory with customers. to many complaints to list. well i am now on that list.

 

That sux superdak. I hope you have some sort of tracking or insurance on your PCM and tuner. That way you can throw it in their face. This whole ordeal has put a bad taste in my mouth for their products and I will be sure to stay away from them in the future.

 

Wow. That sucks. Being that I am in the performance industry, if there was a discrepancy like this at my company, we would go through whatever we could to insure the satisfactory of the customer.

I guess the only recourse that you have is to mention this to as many people as possible. Hopefully, the word causes a loss in net income.

If I had plugged that bad boy in and my truck was dead when I went to turn the key, I would of got that feeling in my chest like when the toilet bowl in your bathroom is about to overflow, and your just not prepared....so all you do is watch in horror. "its overflowing!" but its to late....gotta wait it out....go get some towels....

You know, there's a valve to shut off the water on the side in the back where the water pipe comes in

 

the only problem with that is. i am at the bottom covered in it already 6 weeks worth. god i smell really good

 

Superdak, normally I would aggree that you are at "rock bottom" with the solids and everything exclusive of the solids. Until I see that SC fullfills thier claim to reimburse you for your costs, I will not say "it can only go up from here". Who knows, the ball valve before the supply line to the toilet could be jammed...
