When I owned my Trailblazer, I took it in for warranty work and they wouldn't give me a loaner. I went next door to Dodge and talked to a saleman obout how they were treating me. He gave me a brand new Nitro for the day, even filled it up. I pulled up in front of chevies showroom with it and in front of a big crowd I informed them that Dodge loaned me a vehicle when the ones I bought the vehicle from wouldn't. After that I always got a loaner, BUT Dodge got my business.
