pcm is you powertrain control module, and or main engine computer.
just basically turn the key on to run without starting it and disconnect the negative battery terminal, install your new plugs, and then hook it back up when your done, turn the key off then back on and start it. go for a good 15-20min drive at different speeds and it should reset everything.
