Default speed wire for 2005 dodge dakota
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me! I have a 2005 Dakota and I need to locate the speed wire to complete the installation of my Pioneer AVIC-N5 in-dash DVD navigation system. Can anyone please tell me where to find it and what color it is? Thanks!

Ok, this is what the directech database says...

it is either Purple/Orange @ the PCM.
If that doesnt work, try White/Orange.

you can use AC to test.

I used the white/orange wire and it seems to be working great! Thanks a ton for the info, saved me from searching possibly for hours lol. Much appreciated!

nice. another white dak... I think that puts us close to the top as far as Members truck colors go...
