they can't refuse to pay....their customer hit your truck.....i've been rearended before got quotes from the 3 most expensive places to fix it and they cut me a check for the avg...then i paid 'joe bob' to fix it and pocketed $$$ for my time.....

bottom line is they can't say no to it....even with your own insurance company you can make them take your car to a different shop....my car will never be at another 'network' shop because of all the issues i've had with bad work, they just suck

Good luck man, hopefully they'll get it for you, it's ridiculous how cheap these insurance companies are. A bent frame is scary stuff I hope they get it fixed right for ya.

EFFF THAT! I would have been like "maybe you should put your stupid daughter on a leash"
This is definitely a circumstance where hitting women is okay hahahaha. I'm a girl so I can talk that way lol. But wow what a dumb *****!!! I would be sooo mad.
Definitely fight to get new parts, that's bullcrap you got a warranty and insurance then they can give you NEW parts. I've never heard of fixing a truck or any vehicle at all with USED parts?! That's a crap load of crap! The insurance company is responsible to fork over money for your new parts. I don't care what anyone says. I wouldn't settle for anything. You're lucky the Dodge dealer is fightin for you. Go them.
But yeah, stupid ***** shouldn't have been out drivin at 4:30....she had to have been drunk doing that amount of damage...I didn't even know that was possible to mess with the front tires! You should be able to safely park yer truck wherever you want and if someone hits it that's not your fault.
You've got a nice truck, it'll be back together in no time, don't worry. Make it ***** proof and keep it clear away from her!

So sorry to see that happen though. Such a nice truck...

Thank you Dodge for doing that for you! Haha. State Farm is stupid...how in the hell would used parts ever be better? I like everything new for my truck, I don't care if it's more. New parts definitely more trustworthy. That's awesome that you got new parts out of them, Idk why they even bothered trying to get you to go with used.....seriously.....what is this world coming too? They'll do anything to save money. And I don't think they can tell you what's "better for you" only you know what is beest for you. I think they can leave that up to you.

You should scan that and put it up if you have some spare time, I'd love to see how they try to convince you used parts are better, lol. What a bunch of tools...
