Hey guys... I own an 08 Dak SLT Flexfuel 4.7 V8. Anything 08+ is gen4 dak. Ask RAM themselves. The upgraded V8, no more HO, and the redesigned interior and front exterior is wht makes this different from the rest.

Right on... its a time after time debate that pops up.

 

If you look at Dakota-Durango they break it down Gen1 to Gen5, as does DT. It all depends on who you talk to, lol.

 

k so im porlly the las 08 to chime in on here um payed 26k from 33k canadiian with the v8 flex fuel never heard about it needing 91 but i usually run it anyways helps with the mpg's i find.
i cant remember all the topics in this thread but i have been curious about why the 08+ arent classed as a Gen 4 also whats wrong with the are spelling of COLOUR!!!!! lol
