Default squeaking issues on ... any bump

Well, it just happened overnight. The other day every thing was fine, then i get off the free way on my way to work and i start hearing squeaking from my driver side front wheel well.

i pushed on my truck to make it go up and down and squeak squeak squeak. I sprayed it with (i forget what) all over the place and it stopped for the ride home from work, next morning. Back to it!

I also just noticed when i pulled into the driveway today that when i was turning my wheel (going slow) it would make a squeakign noise also.

I looked and had my friend look and can figure out where its coming from.

Any ideas or suggestions? i thought i would have been the spring but would it squaek when you turn the wheel too?

Thanks.

Does anyone know how much this costs to get done?

Or where i can get ball joints no place seems to carry them (im guessing i would need to goto the dodge dealership)

Of course i just bought this 4 months ago used, certified, and 150 miles out of warrenty.

could it be where the upper control arm meets the strut?

thats where we greased it and it stopped, then came back

Also now when i turn the wheel anytime it makes a squeak but just tried to grease it up and it wont go away now

Always happens at the worst time, baby due very soon and low on money

Upper ball joints require replacing the entire upper control arm, looking at 100+ per. Not sure on the lowers.

i can deal with the 150ish (i think thats what dodge auto parts said) but what im more curious/worried about is the labor.

Im decent with mechanical stuff (on old SUV managed to do a intake manifold gasket replacement, had to take whole top part of engine off) But im not to sure about the coil part, that would worry me.
