Tin snips make sheet metal work easy

$19 at Wally Mart.

Also, be ready for those sheet metal screws to rip out in the future. Vibration, fatigue, and impacts will work them loose.

I used snips too. Just couldn't cut across the whole piece with mine.

I was thinking about that as well. Easily replaced with a nut and bolt later on.

Yea, I was gonna hit it with some rustoleum black. They also sell that rhino liner copycat junk at wal-mart. Depending on how much that is I could coat her with that. I didn't get any feed back there, was wondering if it was horrible or something. Thanks for the response!

Good to know. I'll have to give that a try. Do you remember the name?

I think it looks pretty good. Do you think it's sturdy enough to withstand the force of a good size puddle? I think these trucks should have come with a plate thier from the factory.

I definitely think it will be. Unmounted it was kidna flimsy. Now that it's mounted up I'm very impressed by how sturdy it is. I could prolly go kick the **** out of it and it'd be fine. I'm not worried at all.
