hey you cant knock the mac and cheese that comes in a box, thats what i mostly live off of, and a can of tuna too

Default You forgot the peas!

Mac'n'cheese+tuna+peas. That used to be a classic lower-middle class staple (as someone who literally grew up in a double-wide, I am intimately familiar with them.)
As long as we're on the topic of low end food, one thing I actually miss was the government cheese. Those big (I think they were 5 lb hunks) of cheese were a favorite treat.
