Hello everyone,I've been reading here for a couple weeks.I recently sold my Ford F-250 CC with the 7.3L TD because i wanted to go back to a smaller truck,I also have a 2000 F-150,but wanted smaller,,,I've had a Ranger and found it to be severly underpowered which is what led me to buy my current truck,,a 2005 Dakota SLT with the 4.7...so far i'm happy, but I'm ready to start some changes.First,,,Ranchos are in order,,the ride right now is stock and feels a little too soft for me.A cold air intake as well as a Flowmaster. My first question is what type of chips or tuners are out there for this truck and which seems to give the most power and performance?...

dont get the junkmaster, i have it and it just sucks. get a nice magnaflow or cherry bomb. the superchips tuner is a good investment, you can get them cheap on ebay or try a search for the cheapest deal. the part number is 3815. i run the 87 octane mode with 93 octane gas for my nitrous system. the k/n 63 series is probably the best intake out there for these trucks, also a fastman throttle body, a great deal for only 180.00
