Too much $ for me just for a hood with scoop. I would keep an eye on the salvage yards and ebay if you want a Gen III R/T hood scoop. There are only six mounting bolts and a gasket.

Yea, I agree. That's too expensive. I'd rather they make a cowl hood for like $500 or something.

Good luck, functional is the only way to go. I'm going to get an 3.5" air intake pipe bent from the blower to the airbox to keep mine functional.
