Default tranny problems!!!!

Hey just wondering if anybody else has experienced there trans having a delay into reverse and or a very noticeable grinding sound while shifting into reverse took it into several different shops and they all said that that was normal and im having a hard time believeing that any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Mabye get the shifter linkage check, I just resently had mine looked at it just felt a little off and now its fine again. as for the grinding I'm not sure, I know it make some noise when shifting into reverse

I drive an auto.

ROFL!

as far as the truck tranny... my old Kota use to make a higher pitched growl when going into reverse. Nothing on the new truck though of course I am only at 19k
